I was reminded of this video’s existence by Marc Weidenbaum and had to post it, even if Trapped in the Closet isn’t exactly young in YouTube years.

Twelve episodes of R. Kelly’s magnum opus, played at the same time. It’s not an indictment of musical sameness or lack of inventiveness so much as a celebration of aggregations. (I.e. it’s not the same kind of work as “Nickelback Doesn’t Change.”) Some people take this as a knock against R. Kelly (“Every chapter is the same!”), but just pretend it’s a sonata form or something if that matters to you.
